Splendor In The Grass

Today I just bought an album of Pink Martini: A Retrospective. Listening to this song, Splendor In The Grass, for the first time .... I fell in love with it right away. Her voice of course is beautiful as usual, the rhythm, the music, the MV together with the lyrics makes it so touching! I feel so good just to listen to it.

Life, this word I'm pretty sure a lot of people try to define. What is it really? I actually think about it from time to time. There're times that we want something badly that we see nothing else. It makes us become blind and miss lots of beautiful things in our life. Yes, we can never get enough of them. Time flies and we move forward, some time so fast that we look over the ones we love. Surrounded by beautiful things that are always there, we never even take a glimpse, the beautiful little flowers growing up on the path in the midst of people living in the city. Happiness is so close, it's everywhere. Go outside and look around, there do you notice it? They're calling you :)
