The four-leaf clover VS Shamrock

I know about the four-leaf clover and that it is believed that it will bring luck to those who can find it. I've never seen a real one before but here you can find the preserved leaf in the acrylic as an amulet or for decorations. However, do you know that these three or four leaves represent something?

Now  I also heard about the 'shamrock', many people will think that it's the same thing as clover but if there's another name and I'd rather assume that there's probably something different between the two and here's what I found!

Four-leaf clover

The four-leaf clover is an uncommon variation of the common, three-leaved clover. According to tradition, such leaves bring good luck to their finders, especially if found accidentally. According to legend, each leaflet represents something: the first is for hope, the second is for faith, the third is for love, and the fourth is for luck

Shamrock

The four-leaf clover is often confused with the shamrock. While the four-leaf clover is a symbol of good luck, the three-leafed shamrock is mainly an Irish Christian symbol of the Holy Trinity and has a different significance

The three leaf clover, or "Shamrock", was also what Saint Patrick used to represent the Holy Trinity. Clovers can have more than four leaflets: the most ever recorded is twenty-one, a record set in June 2008 by the same man who held the prior record and the current Guinness World Record of eighteen. Unofficial claims of discovery have ranged as high as twenty-seven.

Also the shamrock is a symbol of Ireland.
